About our products
Every product you might browse on our web site is example product which had been made for former customer. You can also put extra instructions on it like replacing the budget or changing the capital color of it.
Our designers always engage to follow your instructions or the example you prefer, but due to seasonal conditions they sometimes might use different flowers and materials. その場合、商品のイメージにできる限り近いものを制作させていただきます。
To prevent damaging our products, we do not put any additional items like paper bags, wine bottles or dolls in the package.
Currency and measures
In terms of currency we adopt JPY and we also adopt the metric system.
Delivery Guide
+++ When you want an ASAP delivery, read below first.
1. Same-day delivery delivery is partially available in these areas:
Tokyo prefecture -
Shibuya-ku, Shinjuku-ku, Minato-ku,
Osaka prefecture -
2. Next-day delivery is available other than these areas:
Hokkaido prefecture
Kyushu island area (contains Fukuoka, Kagoshima, Kumamoto, Miyazaki, Nagasaki, Oita and Saga)
and other island areas
3.To place a same-day or next-day delivery order,
1. You should finish your input before 12 00hrs noon in Japan time zone (GMT +09 00hrs).
2. You shoud totally leave the designer and the design of product to us. Which means your option is limited into Omakase Order.
3. You should fill the ordering form in a different way from usual. So please call and ask us how to do it first.
With Omakase Order you will get as same accompanying service as other ways to order like photo album.

+++ Normally it takes us at least for 2 days to prepare when you choose a particular example.サンプル商品をご指定いただいた場合、基本的にご注文内容が確定してから花材を入荷します。サンプル指定のご注文につきましては、発送日（到着は翌日以降）から数えて中2日以上空けてご注文いただけますようお願い申し上げます。お急ぎの場合も極力対応しますが、お受けできない場合もございますのでご了承ください。

また商品発送後も、天候・交通渋滞・災害・テロ・その他人災など、諸事情により到着に遅れが出る場合があります。 この点も予めご了承ください。
配送地域について
We do not deliver our product to the area 花の鮮度を保つため、商品発送日の翌日～翌々日にお届けできる地域を基本配送エリアとさせていただきます。配送に3日以上かかる離島へのお届けは承っておりません。
Not to let our product frozen we do not ship them to Hokkaido prefecture, Tohoku area, また、冬季（12月～2月）は凍結の恐れがあるため、北海道及び東北地方への配送は承れない場合がございます。
ご注文の確定について
ご注文いただいた作品は全て、その内容（花材や配達日など制作にあたっての詳細事項）を制作担当アーティストが確認します。ご注文後、出来る限り迅速に受注・制作の可否を確定し、Eメールで連絡いたします。Eメールに表示された当サイトのオンラインメンバーページで詳細をご確認ください。
キャンセルについて
キャンセル・変更については、仮受注の状態（制作を担当するフラワーアーティストがまだ受注を確定せず、メンバーページ内のメニュー中"ご注文状況の確認"の表示が「制作承認待ち」の場合）でのみ承ることができます。キャンセル・ご変更希望の旨は、当店からのEメールに返信していただくかお電話でご連絡ください。
ご注文が確定した時点（担当アーティストが受注確定し、その事実がメンバーページに反映された時点、つまり"ご注文状況の確認"の表示が「制作承認済/発送待ち」に切り替わった場合）からは一切のキャンセル・ご変更にお応えすることができません。また、ご注文日当日に発送する商品、及び配達する商品につきましては、キャンセル・内容の変更には一切応じることができません。
また、明らかな欠陥・瑕疵がある場合を除き、一旦正式に承った商品についてキャンセル・返品・交換はいたしかねますのでご了承ください。
商品代金以外の必要料金
消費税、送料（全国一律：６９０円）、また、法人様の場合は銀行振込に関わる支払い手数料。

お支払い期限
【クレジットカード決済】の場合
与信手続きが必要なため事前決済。 （クレジット決済に関わる手数料は当店が負担）
【コンビニ決済】の場合
先払い。（コンビニ決済に関わる手数料は当店が負担）
ご注文の後、Eメールで通知される手順に沿って速やかにご選択いただいたコンビニ店頭で
お支払いください。お支払い完了が確認された後にご注文が確定されます。
【銀行振込】の場合 （法人利用でかつご注文が2回目以降のお客様のみ利用可能）
商品到着日から起算して月末〆翌月末日のお支払い。
お振込に関わる手数料はお客さまのご負担でお願い申し上げます。
